“Five months ago, I was using a cane and couldn’t get down on the floor with my grandchildren.
Now I’m walking upstairs, playing with them, and I’ve lost 25 pounds.”
After a knee replacement, Charlotte still felt stuck months into recovery. With physical therapy, strength training, and nutrition support at Village, she rebuilt her confidence and got back to the parts of life that mattered most.

3 parts to the solve your pain challenge
WORKSHOP
A live, interactive workshop with our doctors of physical therapy. We will help you understand how pain works and work with you to develop a tailored set of habits for the next 21 days.
21 days of change
For 21 days, you’ll follow five simple daily habits focused on pain education, movement, nutrition, sleep, and hydration.
Your workbook will guide you each day, while your physical therapist helps you adjust the plan to your body. The goal is to build consistency, learn what helps, and leave with a routine you can keep using after the challenge ends.
THREE SESSIONS WITH A DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY
This is the heart of the challenge.
You’ll meet one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy once each week for three weeks. We’ll assess how you move, learn what’s been keeping you stuck, and build a plan around your body and your goals.
These are hands-on, 50-minute sessions with your physical therapist. You won’t be handed a generic sheet of exercises or passed off to an aide.
You’ll leave each visit knowing what to work on and how to keep moving forward.
Each day, you’ll complete five manageable habits designed to help you understand your pain, move with more confidence, and support your recovery
LESsOn
Read a short lesson written by our physical therapists and answer one reflection question
MOVEment
Complete our 10-minute movement routine and 30 minutes of easy movement.
nutrition
Choose one realistic nutrition habit and follow it for all 21 days
LIFESTYLE
Choose one habit focused on sleep, stress, or recovery and practice it each day
HYDRATION
Drink 64 ounces of water each day to support energy, movement, and recovery.

She came to Village in pain and didn’t realize how limited her movement had become. As she built strength and improved her nutrition, moving became easier, her confidence grew, and she began feeling healthier than she had in years.

After three sessions, the pain had already dropped to discomfort.
Jacqueline had dealt with shoulder pain for six months, and even simple things like getting dressed or sleeping had become difficult. With a clear plan, simple home exercises, and progressive strength work, she was able to return to pain-free push-ups and start working toward pull-ups again.

What if I've tried everything?
Most of our best results come from people who thought they'd tried it all. This is a different approach — we solve the problem, not just chase the symptom.

Who's it for?
Adults who are tired of hurting and ready to do something about it. If that's you, book the call.
