WARM UP

5 minutes of mobility, balance, and activation

STRENGTH TRAINING

30 minutes coached, on a barbell, working the Big Three (squat, deadlift, overhead press)

CONDITIONing

Every session contains a 10-minute Apex finisher

COOL Down

5 minutes of stretching, breathing, and recovery
