JOIN OUR TEAM

At Village we’re on a mission to change lives — starting with strength.

We help people over 40 rebuild their bodies, defy aging, and take back their health through smart, powerful programs designed by doctors of physical therapy.

But we can’t do it alone.

We’re looking for people who are serious about making a difference. If you’re driven, passionate, and ready to work in a fast-paced, high-challenge environment that’s growing and evolving every day, Village may be the workplace for you.

If you’re just looking to punch a clock or find a “chill” job, this isn’t the place for you.

But if you want to wake up every day knowing your work matters — helping people get stronger, live longer, and stay independent — fill out the form below and apply.

You can see our simple 4 step selection process below.

Once you fill out the form, the team will review your application and get back to you on a video screening interview.

Roles we are hiring for:

Social media and content producer

Full-time Social Media & Content Producer to help us tell the story of what happens inside our studio and clinic every day. This person will create, film, edit, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, our blog, and podcast.

The goal of this role is simple: create clear, helpful, on-brand content that builds trust with adults 40+ and turns social media attention into booked discovery calls. This is an in-person, 25-40 hours/wk. role based primarily in Glendora, with occasional travel to our other locations.

Fitness Coach

Help adults 40+ build strength, confidence, and consistency in the gym. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and centered around coaching small group training sessions, personal training clients, and helping every person who walks into Village feel known, cared for, and capable.

The goal of this role is simple: deliver excellent coaching, create a great client experience, and help our members get real results through safe, effective strength training. This is an in-person role for someone who loves people, understands strength training, and wants to be part of a doctor-led team that believes strength changes everything after 40.

Client Care Team

Create the warm, organized, high-touch experience our clients feel from the moment they walk through the door. This role includes welcoming clients, answering phones, helping new leads, managing scheduling and membership details, tracking attendance, supporting retention, and keeping the front desk and client areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly.

The goal of this role is simple: help clients feel known, cared for, and supported so they stay consistent with their health and fitness. This is an in-person role for someone who is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at hospitality.

Physical Therapist

Practice in a strength-forward, cash-based environment built around exceptional patient care. Our physical therapists evaluate and treat patients, use our 12 Movement Standards, educate clients on movement, lifestyle, and long-term health, lead workshops, support our coaching team, and help patients confidently return to the activities they care about.

We are always looking for great physical therapists, but right now we are specifically looking for someone with experience or strong interest in pelvic floor and women’s health. This is an in-person role for someone who wants to combine excellent clinical care with strength training, client education, and a team-based approach to helping adults move better, get stronger, and age well.

Village Fitness was born in 2016 out of a deep frustration with the dysfunction in today’s health and fitness landscape—and a commitment to change it.

Big Food has flooded our plates with chemicals, processed junk, and harmful industrial seed oils that wreak havoc on our bodies.

Big Healthcare profits by convincing us that chronic conditions like sarcopenia, osteoporosis, diabetes, and obesity are inevitable, offering pills and injections that mask symptoms while ignoring the root cause.

The fitness industry adds to the chaos, promoting extreme workouts and fad diets that leave people burned out, disillusioned, and stuck.

We work with people 40+ to help them build strength & improve their quality of life. At the heart of our program is a thriving community of like-minded individuals.

They are united by a shared commitment to building strong, healthy bodies. Unlike regular gyms packed with young people chasing aesthetics or trying to prove themselves, our clients are here for something deeper. They want to stay active, healthy, and strong—while supporting and inspiring one another along the way.

Want to support us to support them? Apply now, we’d love to hear from you.

It’s actually the best I’ve felt in my entire life!

I was in a lot of pain when I started, and I didn’t realize how limited my mobility was. I’ve lost 55 pounds & 30 inches all over my body. I feel a lost stronger, more confident and healthier.
