1. Group Personal Training Sessions (50-Minutes) 2-3X/week

Sessions are 50-minutes long and comprise everything you need to get an amazing workout that is appropriate for YOU.

 

Sessions focus chiefly on our 12  Village Movement Standards: the 12 MOST important movements for people 50+ to be strong, healthy, and lean for decades to come. 

 

Most folks come in for sessions 2-3 days per week. Sessions are 8 people or less and led by 1 of our amazing coaches or Dr.'s of physical therapy

 

Sessions start as early as 5am and end as late as 7:30pm Monday-Friday and we even have sessions on Saturday's!

2. Village Principles

The Village principles are the lens through which we want our clients to view the health world around them. We coach through the principles one per week in sessions and via content. 3. Nutrition Coaching

Our clients work with our nutritionist to optimize their metabolism and energy levels. We help clients build sustainable habits so they not only lose weight, but keep it off long-term.

Cost

We ask clients for a 12-week commitment to our program. This allows for sufficient time for the workouts and nutrition changes to produce measurable results. Sign up for your first session FREE by clicking the button below and filling out the form. 

How many times/week do I need to come in?

Clients come in for 2 to 4 sessions each week. How many sessions they come in for depends on how active they are outside of workouts, schedule, and how quickly they want to progress.
