QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE
“I haven’t worked out in years. Is this really okay for me?”
Yes. In fact, that’s exactly who this program is designed for.
Most people who start the trial are either beginners or returning after a long break. We assess your movement, set appropriate starting levels, and guide you every step of the way. There’s no expectation that you’re already “in shape.”
“What if I have pain or an injury?”
This is very common, and it’s something we’re built to handle.
The program is designed and overseen by Doctors of Physical Therapy. We modify exercises, adjust starting levels, and help you work around or through pain safely. Many members join specifically to get stronger because they’ve had pain.
“Will I be doing the same workout as everyone else?”
You’ll be doing the same movement patterns, but at very different levels.
For example, one person may be doing a supported squat, another a bodyweight squat, and another a loaded barbell squat. Everyone needs the same basic movements — they’re just scaled to each individual
“How many sessions do I get during the 1-week trial?”
The trial includes up to three 50-minute coached sessions within the week.
Most people attend two to three sessions, depending on schedule and recovery. We’ll help you choose what makes sense for you.
“WHAT DOES IT COST AFTER THE trial?”
We have many different options designed to fit different budgets and schedules. We’ll explain all options clearly in person, including pricing, and help you choose what fits your goals and schedule. There’s no obligation to continue after the trial.
In general, folks will typically sign up for a a 12-week program, a 6-month membership, and an annual membership after their 1-week trial.
“DO YOU ACCEPT FSA/ HSA?”
We accept FSA and HSA funds for all of our programs.
We do not work directly with any insurance companies.
“WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER FITNESS PROGRAMS/ BOOTCAMPS ETC”
Most group programs are made for the typical 20-something. Ours is designed specifically for people over 40. We focus on helping you get stronger, stay safe, and move better—without injury.
Think of it like this: if you needed a heart surgeon, would you go to your general practitioner? Probably not. When it comes to strength after 40, we’re the specialists.
We don’t strive to “burn as many calories as possible” or “sweat till you drop” but rather to get your results in the form of a stronger, healthier body.
